I’ve been recently been working with Western Power Distribution helping them to Case Study videos for their Apprenticeship Recruitment Drive. Below left is a recent example of the of one of these videos. I really enjoy working with the team at Western Power and I can honestly say that they are a great Company to work for.

We travel to Birmingham to film a Drinks Expert and to get his thoughts Thatchers Cider’s newest product! Central Birmingham is such an exciting place to shoot Commercial Video, and the Cider tasted pretty good also!

Wookey Hole Wedding

Editorial FILM

Our latest campaign for Wookey Hole Caves involved the caves being used as a wedding venue. With a background in circus the Wookey venue was able to accommodate a couple that wanted to get married on a high wire. With such a great story to work with we gained coverage in national and regional newspapers and on both BBC and ITV television.

Thatchers -Time Stops

COMMERCIAL FILM

I spent 3 days filming a "making of" film for Thatchers and the finished result is above. Hopefully it goes some way in describing the concepts of the commercial, which involved using extreme slow motion techniques (up to 40 thousand frames per second and the use of cutting edge cameras (V1611 camera). Camelot Lotto Launch

EDITORIAL FILM

To celebrate the launch of new Lotto on Saturday 5th October, six simultaneous stunts were created across the UK.In Bristol a giant Lotto ball was 'dropped' into the MShed museum. This film was to show the work that went into preparing it overnight, the reaction of the Bristol public the next day and an interview with the artist.

Fairfield School

The pupils were the stars of this film but we worked closely with the school to include a selection of Parent Case Studies which gives a real rounded feel.

Thatchers

COMMERCIAL FILM

Filmed throughout the four seasons, I spent a whole year documenting life at Thatchers Cider, in Somerset.
I’ve been wandering around Thatchers Orchards for over 15 years now – and, over that time, I have built up a large library of images, documenting the working life of a cider farm through the different seasons.

Shaun In The City

Shot in 2 hours on a beautiful day in the West Country it was wonderful to be involved in the unique and stunning Shaun in the City trail in Bristol.

Western Power Distribution

COMMERCIAL FILM

Filmed on the Somerset Levels with Western Power Distribution, who with the recent exceptional flooding in the region have been very busy. I was there to film and photograph the latest addition to their transport kit, the wonderfully named 'Argocat', an all terrain beast that performs wonderfully in water, mud, snow and ice. This shoot had me in and out of the water and I even got to sit along side the skipper.
